Piper AI joins the Aircall family
The acquisition pairs Piper AI's CRM automation agents with Aircall's voice infrastructure, bringing AI sales agents to Aircall's tens of thousands of customers worldwide.

Aircall today announced that it has acquired Piper AI, the AI sales agent company. The combined product gives revenue teams a single platform that captures every sales conversation, scores it against the playbook, and updates the CRM — across both telephony and video calls.
What stays the same
Piper AI continues to operate as a standalone product line. The same Salesforce and HubSpot integrations remain in place. Existing customers retain their contracts, pricing, and data residency commitments without change.
What gets better
Aircall customers gain native CRM writeback for every voice call routed through the platform — no separate setup, no double-counting against monthly call quotas. Piper AI customers gain a tighter telephony footprint and broader pre- and post-call automation.
